Terms of Service – Woowox

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Woowox website and services. By accessing or using Woowox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Woowox.

2. Description of the service

Woowox is a web interface that lets users experiment with and orchestrate AI “agents” and tools that may connect to external services and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. The service may require you to register an account and configure external API keys (for example for language models or third‑party tools) in order to use certain features.

3. Eligibility

You may use Woowox only if you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and are at least the minimum age required by applicable law.
By using Woowox, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

4. Account registration and security

To use certain features, you may need to create an account by providing a valid email address, a password, and other requested information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current registration information.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach.
• Log out and close your browser/session when finished, especially on shared devices.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that the information you provided is inaccurate, your account is compromised, or you have violated these Terms.

5. Use of external APIs and third‑party services

Woowox may allow you to connect to and call external APIs and services (for example, model providers, image generators, or other MCP servers) using API keys or credentials that you control. You remain solely responsible for:

• Complying with the terms, policies, and usage limits of any third‑party APIs or services you connect.
• Any fees, rate limits, or data processing that arise from your use of those third‑party services. Content, responses, or outputs generated through such external services are provided “as is” by those services, and we do not control or endorse them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Woowox. In particular, you must not:

• Use Woowox or any connected AI tools to violate any law or regulation.
• Use Woowox to generate, store, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, circumvent security measures, or interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Use automated systems or scripts to send excessive requests, scrape, or overload Woowox beyond reasonable personal or development use.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts, data, or API keys.

We may implement technical measures such as authentication checks, rate‑limiting, or IP‑based restrictions to protect the service and users.

7. User content and generated outputs

When you use Woowox, you may input text, prompts, configurations, and other data (“User Content”) that is processed by Woowox and/or third‑party AI services to produce outputs (“Outputs”). Subject to third‑party terms that may apply to specific tools or APIs, you retain any rights you hold in your User Content and Outputs.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that your User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of others.
• Reviewing and evaluating Outputs before using them, especially in production, safety‑critical, or legal contexts.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive and are not guaranteed to be correct, safe, or appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Woowox, including its design, code, logos, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use Woowox for personal or internal development purposes.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of Woowox, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with Woowox is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using Woowox, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service changes and availability

Woowox is an experimental, evolving service and may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove features, temporarily or permanently suspend the service, or restrict access for maintenance, security, or other reasons, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that Woowox will be available at all times, error‑free, or free of security vulnerabilities, though we use reasonable measures such as input validation, security flags, and rate‑limiting to protect the service.

11. Disclaimers

Woowox and all content and features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AI‑generated Outputs and third‑party services may be inaccurate, biased, or unreliable, and you use them at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woowox and its owners, developers, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to Woowox or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any), or (b) the equivalent of 50 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woowox and its owners, developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of Woowox or any Outputs.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Your infringement or violation of any third‑party rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of Woowox will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Woowox is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice as required by law.

Your continued use of Woowox after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
